![]() Accidents are preventable. They often result in property damage, bodily harm, lost productivity, or death. It is in the interest of our employees, our customers, and Advanced Mechanical Services to take all possible measures to reduce the number of accidents to zero. It is the policy of Advanced Mechanical Services to provide a safe work place for all employees and to expect safe and professional performance from each of them. We will take every reasonable precaution to protect the safety of employees, clients, and visitors from injury. We will provide safety training and education as required to make employees aware of work place hazards and to prepare them to identify and prevent accidents. Primary responsibility for safety rests with the Safety Manager whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to, education, training, development of accident prevention procedures, accident recording, facility inspection, fire prevention and state and federal code compliance. All field employees have had OSHA 10. All full time employees must comply with our monthly safety training program. Advanced Mechanical Services completes a mandatory daily toolbox talk, and conducts weekly safety meetings. Advanced Mechanical Services training philosophy is; Leaders aren’t born, they’re created, meaning the better training and education our workforce receives the better decisions they’ll make when it comes time. Employees must be confident in the training they receive for it to correlate to the field. Advanced Mechanical Services recognizes the importance of ensuring their employees come to work fit for duty. Advanced Mechanical Services has instituted a drug and alcohol free workforce to all their employees. Employees who come to work for Advanced Mechanical Services must comply with pre-employment, post incident, random, and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing. |
